Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a booking request or contact OVAN, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company, mailing address, event and venue details, budget, travel and accommodation details, and any message you choose to include. If you send music through Trackstack or contact OVAN through another service, that service collects information under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

The site and its service providers may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, scrolling, session timing, and cookie or similar identifiers. Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps and session-replay information. Meta Pixel may receive information about visits and interactions for advertising measurement when you consent.

• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Understand traffic and how visitors interact with the site.
• Measure advertising and campaign performance when permission is given.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Optional technologies are disabled unless you select “Accept.” Microsoft Clarity is used for website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. Meta Pixel is used to measure visits and advertising performance. You can decline optional tracking without losing access to the main website. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed using “Privacy Preferences” in the footer.

Service providers and other recipients

Information may be processed by providers that help operate the site, including Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, FormSubmit for booking-form delivery, website hosting and security providers, and email providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Third-party links and media

The site links to services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Trackstack, and other platforms. A linked service may collect information when you visit it. OVAN does not control those services, and their privacy policies apply.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Analytics retention is also governed by provider settings. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing. OVAN does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising-related disclosure may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain laws. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and OVAN does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact OVAN so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

International visitors

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your home country.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, services, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
